Compliments or Complaints (MAYFACS)
We welcome feedback about our services, staff and volunteers and the organisation. Your comments help us improve and to develop services for the future.
We are committed to dealing with all complaints equitably, comprehensively and in a timely manner.
We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, violence, offensive or unacceptable behaviour towards any of our colleagues. Our employees, volunteers and service users deserve respect, and we expect the same from them in their interactions with others.
We have a zero-tolerance policy to discriminatory behaviour and will act quickly and decisively on any reports of inappropriate behaviour or unreasonably persistent complaints, and reserve the right to refuse or withdraw our services in such circumstances.
We are open in our MAYFACS office at London House, Mayfield High Street, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 10am - 1pm every week. We may be in the office on other occasions around our regular activities in the community but to give you a guaranteed time to see us, please visit us during these times.
