MAYFACS Strategy
MAYFACS is a volunteer led organisation, benefitting from local volunteers from within our community, supporting others. We are led by a group of volunteer Trustees who oversee the charity, with regular Trustee board meetings and sub-group meetings to focus on our Strategy and Financial sustainability. MAYFACS is supported by a small team of part time staff who enable the volunteers to deliver in their roles.
